MISSION 500 The Security Industry's response to Children in Crisis

Mission 500 is a strictly non profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of children and communities in crisis. Because of our intimate knowledge of the security industry, we have focused our efforts on this industry with a goal of sponsoring at least 500 Children in World Vision's program. One hundred percent of the funds raised are channeled directly to World Vision.

Mission 500 provides a sustained flow of food, clothing, and education to those children who might otherwise be malnourished, diseased, or without the necessary skills to provide for themselves and families.

Donors may also choose to support other World Vision causes around the World, including support in combating Aids, Natural Disasters, Hunger, Education, Health and other vital needs .

Mission 500 is strictly a volunteer driven initiative with no staff and administrative costs. All promotional material is the result of donations from people supporting this worthy cause. There are eight Advisory council members, comprised of a number of Security Industry veterans who also volunteer their time to lead Mission 500 toward its goal.

How to Contribute

A child sponsorship costs $30.00 per month - $1 a day is all it takes to help feed, clothe, educate and tend to a child's health needs. Mission 500 offers Corporate and Individual donors a chance to have their contributions acknowledged through special sponsorship packages as well.
